Works well with: Valerian and Passionflower

Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons Lemon Balm in boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to taste.

Contraindications: Pregnant and Breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using Lemon Balm. Lemon balm may reduce blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. Lemon balm may affect thyroid function, please avoid using it if you have thyroid imbalances or disease.
